We offer four birthday party packages that are designed to meet anyone's needs:

Base Package - $150

• Maximum 25 attendees, including adults (see rules and regulations)
• Guests are limited to one hour in the party room (no time extensions are allowed due to parties immediately following)
• Unlimited swim/gym pass
• Lockers are provided; however, locks are not.
• A cart is provided to transport items into and out of the party room and must be returned at the end of the scheduled party time.
• Renter brings:
  • Cake
  • ice cream,
  • drinks (no red liquids) and
  • all party supplies and decorations.
    • Any supplies/decorations wanted by the renter need to be labeled and provided to the community center staff prior to the close of business the day before the party.
• Decorations are restricted to balloons (staff will inflate), table decorations, party hats, banners and party trinkets.
• Party guests and host are not allowed to decorate the room.
• Red liquids, streamers and confetti are not allowed.

Decorations Package - $200 (5 days advance notice required)

• Maximum 25 attendees, including adults (see rules and regulations)
• Guests are limited to one hour in the party room (no time extensions are allowed due to parties immediately following)
• Unlimited swim/gym pass
• Lockers are provided; however, locks are not.
• A cart is provided to transport items into and out of the party room and must be returned at the end of the scheduled party time.
• Renter brings: Cake, ice cream and drinks.
• MRCC will provide decorations, including: balloons, table cloth, "Happy Birthday" banner, hats and plates/utensils/cups.
• Party guests and host are not allowed to decorate the room.
• Red liquids, streamers and confetti are not allowed.

Food Package - $225 (5 days advance notice required)

• Maximum 25 attendees, including adults (see rules and regulations)
• Guests are limited to one hour in the party room (no time extensions are allowed due to parties immediately following)
• Unlimited swim/gym pass
• Lockers are provided; however, locks are not.
• A cart is provided to transport items into and out of the party room and must be returned at the end of the scheduled party time.
• Renter brings: Decorations. Any decorations wanted by the renter need to be labeled and provided to the community center staff prior to the close of business the day prior to the party.
• MRCC will provide chocolate/vanilla cake (1/2 sheet with child’s name and age), vanilla ice cream (individual 4 oz. servings), apple juice boxes and bottled water and plates/utensils.
• Decorations are restricted to balloons (staff will inflate), table decorations, party hats, banners and party trinkets. Streamers and confetti are not allowed.
• Party guests and host are not allowed to decorate the room.

• MRCC will do it all! We will set up, decorate, provide the food and drinks and clean up. All you have to do is show up and have a good time.

* Patrons that reserve both party rooms will be charged double the materials supplied.
