discounted Rental packages - MRCC
A rental that includes all three multipurpose rooms (for a minimum of six consecutive hours) and the caterer's kitchen can receive a 20 percent discount.
All rental times must be within the regular facility hours: 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
The Hearth Room can be added to this package at a 15 percent discount off the regular price.
Full Facility Rental
If you are interested in renting the full MRCC facility after hours, you may be eligible for a 25 percent discount.
To qualify, you must rent the facility for a minimum of six hours. This discount includes two hours (maximum) of set up time at no charge.
This package does not include the pool, fitness area/track, child watch, fitness studios and office area.
The pool can be added to the full facility rental package for $185 per hour with a maximum of three hours.
