For the benefit of all golfers requesting opportunities to enjoy the city's golf courses, the following regulations apply:

• Players must modify their teen times, group sizes and courses 48 hours prior to their tee time. Call the respective golf shop to modify within 48 hours.
• Players not modifying their tee time and group sizes prior to 48 hours before their tee time, could be declared a No Show.
• If a No Show reservation is filled with stand-by golfers, no penalties will occur toward the Patron member who reserved the tee time.

No Show Policy:

First occurrence - The players reservation privileges will be deactivated. Reinstatement is done only by the golf course which deactivated the player.

Second occurrence - An automatic 14 day suspension of reservation privileges. All appeals to the decision will only be considered in writing and should be directed to Sandy Queen, manager of golf course operations, at sandy.queen@opkansas.org.

Third occurrence - Revocation of reservation privileges for the remainder of the year.
