City of Overland Park Fine Schedule
Effective July 1, 2008
The following traffic infractions and ordinance violations are within the authority of the Overland Park Municipal Court for fining purposes.
The Clerk of the Municipal Court and designated assistants are authorized to accept from the alleged violator by mail or in person his or her voluntary appearance, a plea of guilty or no contest and the amount of fine shown for such infraction. (KSA 12-4305.)
The following fines are effective for incidents occurring July 1, 2008 or later. The fines listed include standard court costs.

Speeding Fines (OPMC 12.04.033c)
