This organization is charged with the responsibility of providing convention, group meetings and tourism services to the City of Overland Park. The services and functions of the Bureau are focused on the promotion and marketing of Overland Park as a destination for convention, meetings and tourism.
The Overland Park CVB is a non-member, not-for-profit organization that is funded by the city's hotel guest tax.
The Board of Directors is comprised of seven community members, 11 hotel members, three standing members and four ex-officio members.
Board meetings are usually held the first Thursday of every month at 7:30 a.m. in the OPCVB Offices, 9001 W. 110th St., Suite 100.
