The Johnson County, Kansas, Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing Oct. 30, 2007 to discuss Overland Park’s proposal for annexation.
Mayor Carl Gerlach and Richard Lewis, principle and president of Development Strategies, Inc., spoke on behalf of the city.
