Reported from appeal hearing held Wednesday May 14, 2008, at the Public Safety Committee meeting regarding the 15-day suspension of service for Santa Fe Tow Company for two ordinance violations which include selling vehicles at auction without making proper notification and storing vehicles outside the city limits that were towed by the Police Department.
