- Approved rescission of Rezoning No. 2003-19 located at 15047 Metcalf Avenue where rezoning was requested from CP-3, Planned Commercial District, CP-3J, Planned Commercial District Johnson County, and R-1BJ, Single-Family Residential District Johnson County, to CP-1, Planned Restricted Business District, to allow a commercial development.
- Recessed into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing matters subject to the attorney-client privilege regarding the case of Nolan v. City of Overland Park, Case No. 03 CV 6635 and then moved that the City not appeal from the jury verdict.
