Annual Plan and Fiscal Year 2003 Community Development Block Grant and approved
Resolution No. 3286, authorizing the Mayor to submit to the Department of
Housing and Urban Development the statement of Community Development objectives
and projected use of Community Development funds as stated in the FY2003
Annual Plan.
- Held a public hearing regarding the establishment
of stream setback requirements, Ordinance No. ZRR-2382, relating to the
Unified Development Ordinance for the City; establishing stream corridor
requirements by adding as new chapter 18.365 entitled “Stream Corridor
Requirements”; Ordinance No. SDR-2390, relating to storm sewers in
the City; and Ordinance No. NU-2389, relating to weeds within the City.
Set a Committee-of-the-Whole meeting to be held on September 9, 2002, to
discuss comments and concerns made at the public hearing.
- Adopted the 2003 Budget and 2003-2007 Capital Improvements
Program.
