In commercial areas, one For Sale or For Lease sign is permitted per building that is for sale or for lease. All signs must be located on private property and be a least 10 feet from any property line.

Signs that are at least 50 feet from the curb of the nearest public street may have up to 32 square feet of sign area per face, be up to 10 feet in height, and may be double-sided or v-shaped.

Signs that are less than 50 feet from the curb of the nearest street are limited to 20 square feet of sign area per face, 6 feet in sign height, and may be double-faced but not v-shaped.
