Visit the Online Development Center and click on "Search for: Parcel Info:." This will take you to the "Find Parcel Info" form. Here you can search for a particular parcel by entering the address or the Parcel ID number assigned by the County.
As with the building permit search, the address field is often handy. Enter the street number and street name. If you are looking for a permit on 124th Street, you can just enter "124" for the street name. This will also match cases on 124th Ter or 124th Cir. If you are interested in several permits on the same block, you can enter partial information into the street number field. For example, entering "141" and "Slater" will return all the permits in the 141-hundred block of Slater St.
The Parcel ID number can have two forms. For unplatted land, the ID starts with "NF" followed by the range, township and section numbers, and then a hyphen and a four digit sequence number (e.g., NF241401-2345). For platted land, the ID starts with "NP" followed by a four digit subdivision number, a four digit block number, a space and a (typically) a four digit lot number (e.g., NP99990005 0123 – Lot 123, Block 5 of the XYZ subdivision {code of 9999}). Again, partial information can be entered. For example, entering "NP9999" would return a list of all lots in this subdivision.
Clicking the Find Parcel button returns a list of parcels that match the criteria you entered. Click on the parcel number you are interested in to see detailed information about this parcel.
The County's parcel ID number is at the top, followed by some general information such as subdivision name; range, township and section; parcel size; and a brief legal description. Next are the addresses that are associated to this parcel.
Following the addresses is a list of applications and permits associated with this parcel of land since January 1, 2000. Clicking on any of these case numbers will take you to a summary of that case.
