Report a Code Concern

Overland Park is known for its beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods, due to the investments made by its residents and business community. If you have any property code concerns regarding a home or business, please submit them using this form. This form can be used to report property maintenance, zoning, nuisance, swimming pool, spa and restaurant code violations.

The Information submitted is confidential.

Staff is required by policy to NOT act on anonymous complaints when contact with the property owner is required in order to conduct an investigation of the complaint. If you would like us to take action on a report that may require contact with the owner in order to determine if a violation exists, we must have your name and address; your phone number or e-mail helps tremendously in case we have any questions or can't locate your concern.
