The Building
Safety Division assists customers in understanding and complying
with the Building
Codes and
other ordinances related to the development process in Overland Park.
In addition to the Office of the Code Administrator, Building Safety is organized into three divisions to better serve you:

Building Safety also provides staff support to the Building Code Board of Appeals.
