1.   Resolution No. 3670 - Resolution of the Governing Body of the City of Overland Park, Kansas, supporting renewal and continuation of the one-fourth (1/4) cent countywide sales tax in Johnson County, now set to expire on December 31, 2008, endorsing use of the county’s revenue from that tax for capital and operating costs related to public safety programs of the county and administration of justice and expressing the present intention of the Governing Body of the City that the city’s share of the revenue from that tax be spent on public safety needs and administration of justice needs of the city.
