The City of Overland Park offers swimming lessons at all six outdoor pools and the indoor pool at the Matt Ross Community Center, 8101 Marty.
Classes are 30 minutes in length and run Monday - Thursday for two weeks. Fridays will be used as make-up days.
Registration of six students per class is allowed.
Swimming Lesson Schedule
Private/Semi-private
- indoor lessons only
- ages 3 and up
- two hours of instruction
- private lessons are one-on-one;
- semi-private is two individuals (it is up to the individual to find a second participant).
Fees
Early Registration Discount: Registrations made by April 30 receives a $5 early registration discount.
Reservation/Payment
Parents and spectators must remain in the designated area of the pool during swim lessons, unless authorized by the swimming lesson coordinator.
