Indoor MRCC pool vacancies are posted as they become available.

- Pool managers must have completed their sophomore year in college before they are eligible to apply.
- Lifeguards must be 15 or older by May 1

The Aquatics office provides free lifeguard training to potential employees. Training consists of a Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.
* Lifeguard certification is given only to those prospective employees that are hired. (See FAQ's)
- Cashiers must be 14 or older by May 1
