Rental Discounts (MRCC & TRCC)

Referral Discount

Member referrals

If a current member refers a guest to MRCC/TRCC and that guest rents a room (either MRCC/TRCC multipurpose rooms, classrooms and conference rooms) for more than $250, the current member will receive their choice of one of the following:

  • an extra week for every hour the guest rents a room added to his/her membership,
  • 20% off a Standard-massage
  • 6-day passes to MRCC/TRCC

The free service will be added only if the current member's name is recorded at the time the referred guest rents a room at MRCC/TRCC and their account is in good standing. The discount only applies to rooms rented during Regular Hours.

Non-Member referrals

If a non-member refers a guest to MRCC/TRCC and that guest rents a room for more than $250, the non-member will have the option receive their choice of one of the following:

  • 20% off a Standard-massage
  • 6-day passes to MRCC/TRCC

Loyalty Users

For every 25 rentals at MRCC/TRCC, the person and/or business may receive a 20% discount off their 26th rental permit with the maximum discount of $100. The person and/or business must have an account in good standing. Rooms that qualify include both MRCC/TRCC multipurpose rooms, classrooms and conference rooms. The discount only applies to rooms rented during Regular Hours.

Discount Packages

Matt Ross Community Center

There are two discounted rental packages for those interested in renting space at the Matt Ross Community Center:

  • Full facility rental ~ 25% discount

If you are interested in renting the full facility after hours, you may be eligible for a 25 percent discount.

To qualify, you must rent the facility for a minimum of six hours. This discount includes two hours (maximum) of set up time at no charge.

This package does not include the pool, fitness center/ track, Child Watch, fitness studios and office area.

NOTE:  The pool can be added to the full facility rental package for $185 per hour with a maximum of three hours.

  • Three multipurpose rooms and caterer's kitchen ~ 20% discount

A rental that includes all three multipurpose rooms (for a minimum of six consecutive hours) and the caterer's kitchen can receive a 20 percent discount.

Rental times must be within the regular facility hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
  • Sunday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m

NOTE: The Hearth Room can be added to this package at a 15 percent discount off the regular price.


Tomahawk Ridge Community Center

There are two discounted rental packages for those interested in renting space at the Tomahawk Ridge Community Center:

  • Full facility rental ~25% discount

If you are interested in renting the full facility after hours, you may be eligible for a 25 percent discount.

To qualify, you must rent the facility for a minimum of six hours. This discount includes two hours (maximum) of set up time at no charge.

This package does not include the fitness area, child watch, fitness studios and office area.

  • Three multipurpose rooms ~20% discount

A rental that includes all three multipurpose rooms (for a minimum of six consecutive hours) can receive a 20 percent discount.

Rental times must be within the regular facility hours: 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Thursday.
