Music in the Park - FREE
Each spring and summer, the city of Overland Park sponsors free outdoor music in the parks.
Bring your family. Bring a picnic. Bring a chair. But leave your wallet at home because these concerts are always free!
Music in the Park is offered each Sunday, in the summer, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at Santa Fe Commons Park, 8045 Santa Fe Drive.
2012 Season Schedule
- June 3 - July 1: Overland Park Civic Band's 75th Season
- July 8: Jim Cosgrove & the Hiccups
- July 15: Doug Talley Quartet
- July 22: The Rain Dogs
- July 29: The Heart of America Barbershop Chorus
- Aug. 5: The Kansas City Dixieland Band
- Aug. 12: The Thomas Delancey Band
Dogs may join their families provided they are kept on a leash and other applicable animal control ordinances are followed.
Alcohol is prohibited in city parks.
Bands/Singers: To be considered for Music in the Park, you must submit a demo CD, press kit, photo, rate sheet and references to:
