Weight Lifting at the MRCCThe fitness center at Matt Ross has top-of-the line cardio equipment, resistance training and free weights for all levels as well as a fitness track.

Fitness Track

The two lane track circles the fitness floor and overlooks the gymnasiums. One lane is for walking; one is for jogging (10 laps = 1 mile). Signs above the track indicate which direction to move for the day.

Weights

For those wanting to lift weights and/or do cardio, MRCC offers personal training, fitness assessments and orientations on the Lifetime Circuit Training equipment that includes:

Chest Press, pull down, shoulder press, chest fly, triceps press, bicep curl, calf extension, leg press, leg curl, leg extension, hip adduction, hip abduction, back extension, abdominal curl and back row

Other Equipment

In addition, there are 12 treadmills and ellipticals, eight bicycles, two steppers, one rower and one hand bike.
