Couples Massage
Learn to give and receive relaxing therapeutic massage in this fun, one-day class offered at Tomahawk Ridge Community Center,11902 Lowell(119th & Lowell).
Class begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p..m. There is an one hour break for lunch from noon to 1 p.m.
You and your partner will practice techniques following demonstrations by Gary McCarthy, LMT, and Tami Pemberton, NCTMB.
Participants are encouraged to bring:
- Table work: a foam pad or sleeping bag, two sheets, swimsuit, bath towel and pillow
- Thai work: a sleeping bag or foam pad for the floor and wear comfortable loose fitting clothing
No special or expensive massage equipment needed.
You must be 18 or older to participate. Cost is $75 per couple.
