Electronics Recycling

Electronics RecyclingRecycle your unwanted, broken or outdated electronics at one of our  volunteer-run electronics recycling events.

The event is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, Black & Veatch, 11401 Lamar.

Also, at the same time you can bring just about everything else for the Recycling Extravaganza including used carpet, cell phones, used building material, confidential documents. The event is the same time and location as the electronic recycling.

There is no charge to recycle computer CPUs, keyboards, mice, VCRs, stereos, scanners and personal printers. Charges of $10 to $25 will apply to computer monitors, televisions and large printers.

To recycle 10 or more computers, contact Surplus Exchange, 816-472-0444, to schedule a pickup at your location.

Overland Park is partnering with Black & Veatch, Sprint and the cities of Leawood, Mission Hills and Prairie Village.
