The city has adopted codes and ordinances addressing the exterior maintenance and storage of household items. This includes:

• exterior items, such as foundations, walls, windows, doors, roofs and gutters, and
• household items, such as trash containers/bags, barrels, ladders, carts, lawn mowers, tires and appliances.

Storage related to any business activity is not permitted.

Failure to comply with these requirements constitutes a violation of the city's ordinance, and a ticket may be issued each day the violation remains.
