Can I get my personal belongs out of the car if it’s towed?
No.
According to city ordinance, if your car is towed, the only things a tow company has to give you from the vehicle are:
- Medicine or medical supplies
- Driver's license
- Registration
- Insurance papers
You may remove your personal belongings only after the towing bill is paid in full.
