Microsurfacing is an important part of the city's preventative maintenance program. Our program allows streets to achieve a much greater life expectancy, and better user satisfaction at less cost than a comparable street without preventative maintenance.

It is understandable that some residents may perceive the work as an inconvenience, but please keep in mind that the work is typically completed within a day. City staff members will work to keep inconveniences to a minimum.
