Solid Waste Collection Vehicle Permit

Anyone wishing to collect trash/solid waste in Overland Park must fill out an application and apply for a permit.

Collection companies are automatically licensed when they get their first permit. There is a fee of $25 per company licensed and $75 per truck permitted.

Permits are good for a calendar year and must be renewed to continue operation in the city.
