Horizontal Directional Drilling

PrintTwitterFacebookEmail   Text Size

Prior to submitting an application for a Right-of-Way permit, applicants must review the Horizontal Directional Drilling Handbook. This book provides guidelines to help ensure public safety and to protect underground facilities.

Anyone digging in the public right-of-way must contact the local utilities and owners of underground conduits, pipes and cable at least 48 hours prior to work commencing.
