Commercial Building Projects

All commercial building projects must apply for a permit, submit appropriate construction documents and be in compliance with contractor licensing requirements.

Plans will be reviewed and and construction inspected for compliance with the city's adopted building codes.

Project files containing permit information, correspondence and inspection reports are available online.

Each project is assigned a development coordinator, who is the point of contact for applicants regarding reviews, permits, pre-construction and pre-occupancy meetings and other items throughout the development process.
