Permits for commercial and residential buildings, land disturbance and site development are issued by Permit Services following the submission of appropriate construction documents and the completion of plan reviews.
As of September 2010 the requirements for residential plan review and inspections related to the energy code have changed. To view the changes, refer to the Residential Plan Review for New One and Two Family Dwellings and the Energy -related Inspections informational handouts.
Staff will collect the appropriate fees and verify compliance with contractor licensing requirements (additional permit requirements).
Project files for each permit, including correspondence and inspection reports are maintained by address and available online.
