Statements of Substantial Interest are required for any candidate filing for local office and for any individual holding an elective office of a governmental subdivision. Individuals holding an elective office must report any change that has occurred in the individual's substantial interests by April 30 each year. Statement of Substantial Interest forms are filed in the City Clerk's Office.
