Traffic Fines & Violations
The Clerk of the Municipal Court and designated assistants are authorized to accept from the alleged violator by mail or in person his or her voluntary appearance, a plea of guilty or no contest and the amount of fine shown for such infraction.
These fines, which include standard court costs, are effective for incidents occurring after July 1, 2008.
