The Friends of the Farmstead is a non-profit group that provides financial and volunteer support to the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead.

Meetings generally are held the first Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. at the Overland Park Turf Care Center, 12698 Nieman (127th and Nieman).

Memberships

Memberships are valid for one year. If purchased after Oct. 1, they are valid through Dec. 31 of the following year:

• Resident: Includes admission for your family. Soft drinks, goat food, pony rides and fishing poles for four, $35.
• Non-resident: Includes admission for your family. Soft drinks, goat food, pony rides and fishing poles for four, $50.
• Patron: Includes admission for your family, soft drinks, goat food, pony rides, fishing poles for four, plus a Friends T-shirt and two tickets to Night of the Living Farm, $100.
